PACKAGE #1: INTERVIEW

1 person

If you are looking to record an informational or testimonial piece featuring a single person, the Interview package for you.  Our technicians will ensure your “talent” is expertly lighted and provided with a professional-grade microphone for crystal-clear sound quality. After your shoot in the studio, we will edit the raw footage and deliver a cinema-quality finished product. 

  • 2 Cameras (Blackmagic URSAs) (1 Med Shot, 1 Close Up Shot) 

  • Background effect lighting package with up to 2 custom colors 

  • Production lighting for camera 

  • Audio for 1 presenter 

  • Offered edited 4K video files or recorded 1080p livestream recording 

  • Crew: Director of Photography (DP) and Audio Tech 

PACKAGE #2: BASIC SETUP

1 person on camera at a time

Our Basic Setup package is an affordable entry-level option for a smaller non-profit looking to host a high-quality live auction. We can only safely accommodate one presenter on camera at a time, but we allow production support for two people, which means that your Executive Director or Board President can walk on camera to give their direct appeal to a live audience, then walk off to be replaced by your event emcee. Our Basic package also includes one pre-production meeting with your project manager as well as a livestream pushed to the content delivery network of your choice.  

  • 2 - 4k Cameras (Blackmagic URSAs) (1 Med Shot, 1 Close Up Shot) 

  • Background effect lighting package with up to 2 custom colors 

  • Production lighting for camera 

  • Includes single 70” TV in portrait mode (9:16 aspect ratio) ​

  • Donation Software station and confidence monitor for auctioneer 

  • 1 Graphics Laptop for the Portrait TV   

  • 1 Graphics laptop with audio output for fullscreen videos or graphics 

  • 4 Lower thirds with bug inclusive (no separate bugs)

    • 2 for presenters

    • 2 for links or other info 

  • 1 thermometer Picture-in-Picture (PiP)  

  • Audio: Up to 2 wireless microphones, and 1 IEM  

  • 1 Pre-Production Meeting with PMs (1 hour) 

  • Crew: Audio Tech and Video Tech  

  • Stream: 1 Content Delivery Network (Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) at 1080p Resolution

    • 1080p stream is recorded and will be available for download within 48 hours 

  • 3 hours of studio time 

PACKAGE #3: DYNAMIC SETUP

1 - 2 people on camera

Our Dynamic package offers maximum engagement for the at-home audience while keeping costs minimal.  The Dynamic package provides everything in our basic package, plus a second TV screen and support for up to two simultaneous onscreen talent.  

  • 2 Cameras (Blackmagic URSAs) (1 Med Shot, 1 Close Up Shot) 

  • Background effect lighting package with up to 2 custom colors 

  • Production Lighting for camera 

  • Includes two 80” TVs at a 45° angle 

    • SeattleLives will provide a template for designing slides to be used on the dynamic 2 screen display 

  • Donation Software station and confidence monitor for presenter 

  • 1 Graphics Laptop for the dynamic display 

  • 1 Graphics laptop with audio output for full screen videos or graphics 

  • 4 Lower thirds with bug inclusive (no separate bugs) 

    • 2 for presenters 

    • 2 for links or other info 

  • 1 thermometer Picture-in-Picture (PiP) 

  • Audio: Up to 2 wireless microphones, and 1 IEM
