  • What Do Guests Video Chatting In Need to Know?
    Internet Connection: A hardline connection is preferred. You can connect directly to your laptop and your internet router with a simple ethernet cable. See the image to the right for an example If you are unable to secure a hardline connection and need to utilize WIFI, try to be physically close to your internet router. While on a call, keep other use of internet in your home to a minimum to conserve internet bandwidth. Streaming of movies, shows and music, online gaming, downloading of files will put strain on your network, If possible ask other people on your network to pause all internet use during the stream! Video Quality: Movement: Have your laptop or computer on a table or desk where it can remain still throughout the call. Lighting: Light should be hitting you directly from the front, so the light, be it from a window or fixture, should be behind your laptop or computer. Sound Quality: Find a quiet space in your home that is free of external noises. If it is hard to find a noise free environment, the use of headphones that have an integrated mic will help mitigate external noise Power: When using a laptop, we recommend keeping it plugged into an outlet and not running on battery. Should you need to use battery, make sure your laptop is fully charged when you take the video call and that no other programs are open or running. This will give you the maximum amount of time from your battery.

  • Can I insert a video in my FAQ?
    Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
  • How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"
    The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
